Last Friday night the Delicate Cycle played at 121 Millsaps with the Overnight Lows and David Dondero.
Lula and I had to sneak out early to watch the end of the Church Keys show, but we did get to watch the first show the Delicate Cycle have had in, like, forever. Was it worth the wait? Completely—not only was it awesome to see Woodroe (now in hiding in Rankin County), but they debuted new songs, including a closer where Joy ditched her guitar and did a mean Stipe dance.
