faked by gorjus Tuesday, August 12th, 2008Back in the 90’s version of Starkville, Mississippi, I lived in, there was a comic shop called Gun Dog, run by two brothers. The name was an archaic reminder of the somewhat bizarre origins of the shop: it had originally been a hunting supply store focused on sportsmen who used dogs. When I first started going they still had a rack of top notch puppy food and some training bones amongst the comics. Turns out those outlasted the comics.

faked by gorjus Tuesday, August 5th, 2008Five months back Professor Fury dropped the news that PrettyFavorite crime novelist Victor Gischler would be penning a Punisher special, Little Black Book, for Marvel’s MAX line. It got some very positive reviews from around the extremely tough comics blogosphere, especially from Marvel Noise and Mania.
