No, not because I bet on the State/LSU game, but because I bet Roy and the DJP that, after LSU’s dismal first half performance, they’d drop to No. 8 in the BCS come Monday.
I am going to lose that bet.
I have nothing to say about the game that hasn’t been said over at the great Roll Bama Roll, by far the best of the many strong Alabama football websites.
Also? Go to hell Ole Miss.
that game was one of the most disgraceful things i’ve ever witnessed. it’s CLEARLY time for something to change at MSU.
grouchy?
I quit watching at 17-0, I couldn’t stomach more fo it, plus I was watching it with two little girls that wanted to watch “Dragon Tales.” When I saw the final score this morning, i was glad I turned. At least it was on ESPN-HD, so the entire world got to see a crystal slear picture of MSU getting their asses whipped.
I said my peace in the comments at RBR, but two things are prominent in my mind: first, LSU QB Flynn got sacked multiple times with a few near-misses. If their o-line is anywhere near the same shape in the weeks to come they’re going to get manhandled.
Secondly, and I’m trying to be positive here, but Henig was clearly struggling and should not have been left in the game after his third INT.
Yeah but his real backup, a JUCO transfer, is suspended for a DUI. Oops!
Yeah, I’m a little anxious and a lot surprised about the poor performance of the LSU offensive front. They’re gonna get clobbered if they don’t get a whole lot better.
I don’t have HD, so maybe one of y’all can answer this question for me… was Henig crying in the 3rd or 4th quarter? It kind of looked like it.
I know I cried. Christ almighty, run the damned ball, RUN, RUN, RUN RUN! What, throw it again? Sure… that’s been working wonderful for us. Scrap the offense. Croom has to swallow his pride, run an offense that will work with our players, and wait until we have enough talent (if that ever happens…) to install the WCO. Remember “tech &10”? Get ready for “Gardner-Webb & 10”.
when can I get that 5 dollars . . . I’m poor.
