The Shadow of the King Edward.

faked by Tuesday, July 31st, 2007

779 Polaroid film, taken July 28, 2007, around 6:30 p.m. Roy Adkins’ version.

I have to check, but after yesterday’s announcement and a little myspace bulletin, I may officially be out of the first issue of the Sandusky Review. I have debated posting at some point a “online version,” but for the time being am considering it so Summer of ‘07.

Update: Check out “Two Thirds Primary,” a wonderful series of color Polaroids by Rod Hunting and Tiffany Paige that focuses on the blue and red end of the spectrum. Lots of extremely strong urban work here—some of these are simply beautiful. There is a serenity that begins to flow after the tenth or so set, almost a rhythm to the color patterns.

I knew I should have sent money earlier. Tsk.

  2. I just got the Sandusky Review in the mail last saturday and it looks great! Haven’t had the time to dig into just because I’ve been so damn busy, but I am going to send out some extra film I got, plus an extra goody or two.

Just read about the King Edward in Jackson in Taylor Branch’s At Canaan’s Edge. Historic.
