lightning seeds tune: “pure?” ‘twas a bighitsingle in early 90s? i remember seeing the video in my friend’s place in [hometown] which was across the street from my dead great-grandmother’s house. always freaked me out to go over there. i’d stand on the front porch across the street at [friend’s], smoking and drinking and staring at this place that had rooms i never saw the inside of.

You missed two rad music videos before the Israeli short. One was by a French band. The band members were on a train wearing traditional French people shirts (striped boat neck—you know, the ones I wear) and berets. One killed a guy with a bottle a wine. Another killed a guy with a loaf of bread. Then at the end all the dead people got up and got off the train.
i’ve been wanting to colaborate with David on a comic again soon. once he helped me do a story about how (as a child) i thought if you prayed with your eyes open, you were, in fact, praying to satan.
